About us

First Kick Football is an independant soccer school founded by ex-players and coaches, who had a vision for all children to be able to enjoy football and progress to the best they can be.

We have worked with thousands of children since our formation over 10 years ago of all ability levels. We have links to Southend UTD, West Ham UTD and numerous local clubs through our current coaching programmes, although the main aim of our sessions is development through enjoyment of the game.

First Kick coaching staff are highly qualified to the guidelines set by the FA, Enhanced DBS vetted, Emergency First Aid trained and have all attended the FA child protection workshop.

Holiday Courses

Excellent staff-to-pupil ratio as approved by the FA. First Kick Football coaching staff are FA qualified, CRB vetted and have attended the FA child protection workshop. World Cup competition in netted Samba goals with medals for all participants.

Each course is held in a fun, safe and friendly environment ensuring every child enhances their skills and can improve on their overall game whilst making new friends.

Birthday Parties

Our birthday parties are the perfect way for your child to celebrate his/her birthday. A member of the First Kick team will take care of everything during the day, giving your child a personalised birthday experience to remember, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the day. Our coaches will also provide every child with the opportunity to join one of our many holiday courses that run during school holiday periods.

1-2-1 Coaching

1-2-1 Coaching is available on request and at a time and venue which is convienient for you and your child

Sessions will be structured to be progressive and specific to your childs development, whilst still maintaining an enjoyment factor put across by our highly qualified coaching team

Prices are charged at £25.00 per session and all equipment is provided by First Kick Football

Trials at Professional clubs

Children preforming to a high standard at our after school clubs and holiday courses may be invited to trial at a professional club through our contacts in the professional game

Congratulations to Finlay Apps, Harry Jackson, George Jackson and Max Fiddes who attended our football coaching sessions and have now signed registrations with Southend United FC and Tilly Philpot who has signed for Arsenal girls. Congratulations!

Holiday courses
